I imagine this is referring to the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Harvard_Mark_I\">Harvard Mark I<\/a>, which was an early general-purpose electronic computer, though Wikipedia tells me it was not Turing-complete.  <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ENIAC\">ENIAC<\/a> is the more famous &#8220;first computer&#8221; and was put into service only a few months prior to this comic book hitting the stands.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Real Fact Comics #2 (March 1946), it is mentioned that Harvard University has a &#8220;thinking machine&#8221;.
