This brings the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codedread.com\/comicbooks\/?p=2322\">number of enduring DC villains introduced in 1947<\/a> to at least eight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fiddler_(comics)\">The Fiddler<\/a> was a criminal who was imprisoned in India and learned the mysteries of Indian music from a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fakir\">fakir<\/a>. It&#8217;s unclear to me why the Silver Age version switched from being an enemy of the Flash to an enemy of Green Lantern, unless they wanted to involve <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Carol_Ferris\">Carol Ferris<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In All-Flash #32 (October 1947), two new Golden Age villains are introduced in two different stories: The Fiddler and Star Sapphire.
