The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Comics_Code_Authority\">CCA<\/a> was voluntarily put into effect by many players in the comics industry in response to Senate hearings around juvenile delinquency, championed by Dr. Wertham.
