I was stuck for two hours on an unmoving train last night due to this unfortunate incident. So I started writing and doodling:
It was a fun little one-off project that gave me new appreciation for Inkscape, at the same time renewing my frustration with SVG interoperability across browsers (particularly when it comes to SVG included into HTML via reference). One day I'd like to be able to embed stuff like this into the web page in a scalable way (as a percentage of browser window width). For now, many browsers still have issues with this.
Uncompressed raw file here.

All characters are fictional. Any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental.
Huh, I’m seeing “Sorry, you need a SVG-enabled browser or plugin to see this comic.” with [REDACTED]. I’ll have to show you in person next time we meet. Maybe up the version number in your browser sniffer code for [REDACTED].
Your navigation icons look sweet, though. Very smooth. The future looks bright 😉
