Before we head out for vacation here, I decided to update my SVG Support Tables for a variety of implementations:

huch? why is test 177. animate-elem-83-t at webkitr34603 black instead of red (bud the table says it is false) ?!?

Konqueror 4 is released some time ago. k3 is very old. didn’t changed the ksvg also? couldn’t you provide data for k4?

good to know that you are still updating the page.

  3. Awesome! Hey, do you accept submissions? Got an iPod touch for Christmas so I could check Safari’s support on there if you’re interested…I suspect it’s mostly similar to 3.1.1, but if there’s any differences they may be worth noting.

  4. Also, interesting to see that the Opera 10 alpha actually has a lower score than 9.6. Guess that’s alphas for ya.

  5. @Alexis: I’ve sent you an email, thanks! πŸ™‚

  6. It seems that Opera 10 Alpha bring some fixes, but also has regressions.

I hope to see release of Opera 10 support 100% of SVG 1.1. Opera really deserves to be first here.

First of all: Thank you for putting time into this!

How about adding FF3.2 minefield & Opera 10 new-year snapshots to the list?

  9. Alex says:

The latest Firefox nightlies (3.2 or whatever it is now) have SMIL built in but disabled by default, so all you need to do to try it out is enable a preference now (svg.smil.enabled).

Still buggy, but it beats having to compile it yourself.

  10. Yep, thanks Alex – I already updated my nightly this morning πŸ™‚

  11. Jacobus says:

Thanks for keeping the table of truth alive.

Will you please update with Safari 4. You don’t by any chance know when Google will finally smell the roses and include a later version of Webkit to support SMIL. That puts another nail in IE’s coffin … oops did I say that πŸ˜‰
